Beta application or sign-in

Verification confirms your email; an administrator still needs to approve your beta account. If your verification link is missing or expired, request a fresh link using the email on your application. Allow at least two minutes between requests, check spam and open the newest email. After approval, sign in with your approved or invited address. Never forward a sign-in code or verification link to support.

Set up the Mac recorder

Open the web app’s Mac setup guide, install Thrume and connect it to your workspace. Choose Check setup after approving the connection and granting the macOS permissions you need. If macOS requests a relaunch, reopen Thrume and check again. Make a short test recording before a longer session.

03

Missing audio or logs

Check your selected microphone and its input meter. Voice enhancement and hosted transcription are separate choices. Logs require Debug mode and the intended sources to be connected and selected before recording. A previous Normal recording cannot acquire logs retrospectively.

04

An assistant cannot find the context

Open AI connections in the web app. Check authorization and your first authenticated request, then confirm the recording is accessible to your account. An empty transcript can mean hosted AI is disabled or transcription has not run. The MCP guide explains setup and revocation.

Send a useful report

Include your Thrume and macOS versions, when the issue occurred, what you expected, what happened and the steps to reproduce it. For a web or assistant issue, include the browser or client version and the visible error message.
