thrume1. Get beta access.
Apply with your email address, verify your inbox and wait for approval. We review applications before activating workspaces. Existing workspace members join through an invitation; a matching domain does not automatically enroll you.
2. Install and connect.
After approval, sign in to the web app with the email that was approved. Open the Mac setup guide, download Thrume, drag it into Applications and open it. The recorder requires macOS 15 or later. Connect it to your workspace and approve the connection in your browser.
3. Grant only the permissions you need.
Allow screen recording in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Enable microphone for narration and camera if you want it in the recording. Check your sources in the recorder before you start.
4. Record, review, share.
Pick Normal for an explanation or Debug for a session with selected technical sources. Finish the recording and allow upload/optional enhancement to complete. Review your private draft, name it, then publish or create the appropriate share link.
